Astonishing 30 sqaure meter two floor flat, recentely refurbished, and fully furnished with refined furniture. located in monteverde vecchio two steps away from gianicolo and above trastevere. strategically positioned opposite to the quattroventi metro station (line fm3), just one stop from vatican city (5 mins). well linked to other public transports that allow to reach any touristic site. with an independent entrance and small front door garden the apartment offers at the ground floor a living room with a comfortable double bed sofa, a full view window, a furnished kitchen and a toilet. through a staircase we can reach a cosy double bed room at the first floor. this flat provides all the comforts including central heating, air conditioning, lcd tv, cddvd player, wireless broadband internet connection and regular cleaning service.our mini apartments are located in monteverde vecchio, historical area of rome, on one of the seven hills, gianicolo, only ten minute walk from villa doria pampili and villa sciarra, two of the most beautiful parks of rome that will welcome you in an enchanting quiet atmosphere just few minutes away from the historical city centre. not to miss out a stroll in the hill of gianicolo that boasts not only one of the most spectacular fountains of rome (er fontanone), but also the s. pietro in montorio church and the midday cannonball shot from the panoramic view. moreover, the flat is very close to trastevere one of the most characteristic areas of rome that offers plenty of bars, restaurants and opportunities to enjoy the genuine roman nights. at last but not least, the unmissable sunday flee market in porta portese only ten minutes walk from the apartment.

Transportation

From the aereoporto leonardo da vinci-fiumicino you catch the train (every 20 min.circa) up to the station trastevere, there you take the metropolitan fm3 up to the station quattroventi (1 stop). you go out of the left part of the station, you cross the road and you have arrived.from the station termini you take the bus n.75 and you go down to largo alfredo oriani, you go down the stairway and you have arrived.with the auto you take the gra (great link ring finger) in direction a1 firenze-ss. aurelia. reached the exit aurelia (gone out n.1) followed the indications for the city center st. pietro. to the first semaphore you take on the right the street aurelia antica, you maintain the right and you continue straight always for around 2,5 km, therefore joints in street of st. pancrazio you must be turned to the right obligatorily, you take street giacinto carini cross it all up to piazza rosolino pilo, to the semaphore turned to the right and immediately to the left and you have arrived.

La voliera is the right compromise for who wishes to save what you would spend to the historical center but wants this easy to get staying in a quarter near and optimally connected.we are far a few minutes walking from trastevere train station and the air terminal for fiumicino airport , just 20 minutes from the historical center , and no more than a stone’s thrown from roma tre university , la voliera holiday apartment is located in a beautiful residential district that can boast a supermarket opens until the 22 in the evening , a host of excellent restaurants and the famous roman sunday market at porta portese.the structure is composed by three double rooms and it comes complete with garage parking. from the station can easy be caught up. s.peter , the historical center (it’s sufficient one connection!) and the airport of fiumicino.we privilege the “maximal independence” hospitality: our guests will have the keys of their apartments , so that you will not have any time-table restrictions or being forced pass thru a reception every time you get in or out. our breakfast is included and it ’s self service: at the moment of arrival you will have every thing you need for your stay here (biscuits , corn-flakes , butter , jam , fruit juice , milk , tea , coffee) and , again &44 no time-table restrictions. important informations it’s essential you communicate to us the time of your check-in at least two days of your arrival; otherwise you could not meet anybody opening the door because we are not always at home. if you need the place for you car you have to fix two days before your arrival because the place are only two. the check in is between 13-21. we request a supplement of 20 , 00 euros for the arrival in extra-time until 01.00 am. we don’t accept arrivals after 1.00 am.payment only in cash at the arrival.
